How content is created
PIXENOA includes original digital wallpapers created with generative AI tools and human creative direction, selection and curation. Some content may also include human editing, composition, retouching, color work or other creative modifications.
Rights and copyright
PIXENOA does not claim that every AI-generated image automatically has exclusive copyright protection in every jurisdiction. The scope of protection may depend on applicable law and the type and level of human creative contribution.
Subject to applicable law, PIXENOA asserts applicable rights in protectable elements such as its branding, logo, website design, code, original written content, selection, curation, organization and qualifying human-created modifications or contributions.
The PIXENOA Wallpaper License is separate from the underlying copyright status of an image. Downloading a wallpaper does not grant ownership of PIXENOA branding, website assets or unrelated intellectual property.
Rights and content concerns
PIXENOA aims to avoid intentionally publishing content that infringes third-party rights. If you believe a wallpaper or other content affects your rights, send the details below to contact@pixenoa.com. PIXENOA can review reports and may remove or restrict content when appropriate.
