What you may do

PIXENOA gives you permission to download an available wallpaper, keep a personal copy and use it as a background on your personal phone, tablet, desktop, laptop or other computer.

  • Normal personal and non-commercial wallpaper use
  • A personal copy on your own devices

What you may not do without permission

This license does not permit resale, redistribution or commercial redistribution.

  • Resell the wallpaper or charge for access to it
  • Redistribute it as a wallpaper or upload it to wallpaper, stock or download libraries
  • Repackage it into a wallpaper collection or sell a digital pack containing it
  • Claim authorship or ownership of PIXENOA content

Permission is not ownership

Downloading a wallpaper gives you limited permission to use it; it does not transfer ownership of PIXENOA, its branding, website assets or unrelated intellectual property.

PIXENOA does not claim that every AI-generated image automatically receives exclusive copyright protection in every jurisdiction. Copyright status may depend on applicable law and the nature of human contribution. Subject to applicable law, PIXENOA retains rights in protectable project elements and applicable human-created contributions, including branding, logo, website design, code, writing, selection, curation and organization.
